The property itself was AMAZING and service that I received from the property manager was equally as amazing. I highly recommend the property for future and plan to book the same unit again in the future, however not thru Expedia.
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Expedia. I booked flights for myself and 5 family members in March for a trip to Hawaii. I reached out a few days after the original booking to upgrade 2 of my flights. The agent that I spoke with upgraded flights BUT did not tell me that she had to change it to a completely different flight, getting in 6 hours AFTER my children & elderly parents. I did not know of this until I reached out a week prior to the trip to confirm the upgrades. I tried for the entire week to have the flight changed back to the original flight. I was told that I would have to pay current pricing, as well, even though I booked months prior to. I was never contacted within the 3-5 days regarding the change to the travel. On day 4, I started reaching out to check on this issue. I even chatted with someone the night before and was told to give it 72 hours, even though my flight was less that 12 hours away. On the evening prior to the trip I tried to check in to the flights, only to be told that there were no seats available on the second flight for the 2 passengers that I had paid extra for an upgrade for. I reached out to Delta to be told that there were no seats available. The night prior to my flight I had to book 2 flights from LAX to Kon
