Wonderful home away from home

Me and my family have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the pas 3 months my son goes to school in Louisburg and this hotel Is not far and is pet friendly. My only complaint is that only one elevator was working and that can be a problem because I am handicap and can’t take much steps.

Too much noise.

The only thing that I think was horrible was that there was a lot of noise from our neighbors upstairs. I’m not sure if there was insulation in the ceiling or not, but it was very disturbing and we could not sleep. We called the front desk several times and it didn’t seem like anything was done. They just said that the people upstairs would be leaving the next day. Other than that, the hotel was really very clean. We were happy about that.

Happy with my stay.

This is my second time staying at this location and it was very nice other than the elevator not working one time when we were trying to use it. The day was very well. This has become my home away from home since my baby is now in college in this area.

I liked everything Except a day or two in I noticed a urine smell anytime the A/C blew. Like a dog pee on it. When I checked out I reported it. Hopefully it gets cleaned since this location accepts dogs which I think is great

While this hotel was beautiful, super clean, quiet, staff was very nice and helpful, the AC installation was not thought through. The AC clicks on and off all night, is loud, the rooms are small and i only slept when I turned the AC off which only happened at 4 am when the heat died down.
