On a cold and dreary day we arrived to the room and the ac was on high and took forever to warm up. Poor lighting, the desk lamp didn’t work not like that would have helped the situation, the room was dirty, the tv wouldn’t turn on and when I called the front desk a few times no one answered the phone. Lastly the tub was slick for some unknown reason and I fell and still in pain. I was very disappointed with this particular DoubleTree.

I loved that they had a microwave in the room. It was clean and updated. There were minor maintenance issues that could be an easy fix, like one of the lights in the bathroom being out, but other than that it was a nice stay. And OMG the pillows were so comfortable! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

System give up my key to someone else

It was ok until the front office gave someone my room key. Saying the system was messed up. Promise to give me a 1000 point and I still have not giving them to me for let someone in my room with a duplicated key card

Booked hotel for kids soccer tournament weekend … lots of kids, front desk staff rude to kids, closed pool multiple times to keep kids out of it because they ‘are sick of them’. Other than a circular sofa in lobby by desk there is no where to sit other than rooms. They have a restaurant with seating but would not let us sit with kids to eat post game dinner before bed. Had a conference room that was ‘booked’ but yet no one was in it so finally let us go in there. Staff was rude, annoyed, restaurant staff and hotel staff telling everyone different things.

Card was charged day of arrival when it was booked as “PAY at property”. Reservation was then cancelled because my card was near max when they attempted. I was notified upon arrival of the cancellation. They could NOT give me the room for the same rate that I booked it at. $150 MORE is what they were trying to get. I said NO thanks and went elsewhere! People select “PAY At Property” for a reason.
