This amazing sanctuary combines the charm of an authentic rustic barn with all the relaxing amenities to assure wonderful memories. Private hot tub and deck overlook a calming fountain on a beautiful koi pond. The perfect hideaway to celebrate a successful day of hiking at Hanging Rock, a wedding at a local venue (Chateau Vie, Meadows, Friends Farm), or a getaway with a special someone. Romantic, charming, relaxing,...you will love your time at this special unique barn apartment.
The space
This barn was once used to service horses, but now it's been turned into a luxurious apartment for you! It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and an on suite. The living room has an L shaped couch that folds out into a double bed.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to East Walnut Cove Community Park. Enjoy features like 1 hot tub. Free WiFi and a kitchenette are available in the holiday home.

Quaint country getaway

Well decorated and immaculately clean

The host was excellent. The place was immaculately clean with pretty decor. The host did not skip out on making everythign feel very inviting. The only downsides were regulating the heat with 3 space heaters and the interior build quality of the barn conversion being subpar. The ceiling was wavy and it looked cheapely renovated build-construction wise like a handyman that attempted things he wasn't an expert in (walls, vinyl flooring, carpet under bed or lack thereof, and ceiling). All in all, for a few nights though, the build construction was irrelevant and depending on the price, we would certainly consider staying again! Worked well for 2 adults and a child!

My daughter and I were looking to get away and do some hiking and spend some quality time together. The Barn Sanctuary was absolutely perfect and met every need! We enjoyed the coziness, and were surprised just how many small accommodations were available to us. We will certainly be back

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

This little place was a perfect overnight getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was new, clean, and had thoughtful extras available. We spent much time on the back deck which was very relaxing. Our host was attentive and prompt with communication. Would highly recommend and hope to return many times! It was just what we had hoped for.
