The room was disgusting. It smelled awful like pee and was very dirty. After a shower I wiped my foot and there was a lot of dirt from the floors. There was also a lot of dog hair on the bathroom floor that was there from dogs previous to our visit. The floor was clearly not cleaned before our stay.

I've stayed in several Best Westerns when I traveled for work, and sometimes for leisure, and it always stood for affordable luxury, meaning great amenities for less than $200nt. I was disappointed when I booked this hotel and it turned out to be an "inn" or "motel" with no internal rooms, all had external doors leading to the walkway and stairwell. Not what I expected from a Best Western. To make matters worse, it was under construction for updating, meaning: the blow drying holder was not hung up, the screws on the the shower driver were not screwed in, the coat rack hooks were not screwed in tight, the alarm clock (which resembled one from the 80s) was not plugged in, the the updating meant they sprayed over the existing sink and shower walls to make it look like granite. Very disappointed.

Our room looked like it had been updated and was great! The staff member we interacted with was friendly and it was easy to check in. The suite was worth it for us traveling with kids and a dog so we had more space. Part of the countertop was missing in the kitchenette area and there was a serrated knife left in the sink (we found it before the kids). The whole place just needed to be mopped and there were hairs beyond the acceptable amount we could overlook. Wouldn’t rule it out to stay here again but wished it was cleaner.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I rented four rooms, and all of them smelled strongly of urine. The odor was overwhelming and made the rooms extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. In addition, the mattresses were in very poor condition—uncomfortable, worn out, and clearly not properly maintained. Between the strong smell and the bad mattresses, getting any rest was nearly impossible. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly not a priority, which is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until serious improvements are made.
