My friend and I had a great time. It is a tiny place, but it is cozy with everything you could need or ask for. Colin is very responsive. Absolutely will stay again!
We loved the experience of staying at a small cabin near Sunday River! The place was clean and had everything you needed. There were 43 electric outlets for such a small place! We want to come back again during the Summer.
The location of the cabin is excellent. However, I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin as well as the claims of being stocked with cookware. Every single pan was dirty. One was so crusted with egg I just avoided using it at all. There was an old waffle in the toaster that was there for I donât know how long. Speaking of the microwave, all of the dishes were plastic, so unless you want to leech chemicals into your food you were stuck with the mugs (also left unclean). I wanted to boil pasta and cook oatmeal, not a four course meal. Property managers said the cleaning staff would come back around, but, despite being gone for 8 hours, they did not show. It was offered for them to come in the evening but there would be nowhere to go given the size of the cabin. Also, there was a mouse so Iâd bring any food in a plastic bin (and would recommend that anyway as thereâs very little places to put it). I hope they wash the comforters but they specifically mentioned not to put those in the washers and given the above issues I have my doubts.
My wife and I stayed at this cabin for a weekend ski trip. We had friends in the area with additional space so we did not need to spend a lot of time in the cabin, so it perfectly met our needs. We also had our doggo with us and he seemed to settle in quickly.
The price is hard to beat. The cabin is located really close to Lincoln Peak. It's enough sleeping space for 1-3 people depending on your size (the upper bunk was too small for 6'3" me, and both beds make a lot of noise), but as another review mentioned it's difficult to hang out in there.
The only sink is in the bathroom (I know there's something outdoors but it was buried in snow) so I can't really imagine cooking on the hot plate. Cleaning coffee mugs and a cutting board was difficult enough.
The hot tub and heated lap pool were nice but the filters were expired in the pool. Steps to the pool were completely iced over, hadn't been cleaned off in a while.
Keurig machine had an old cup in it, microwave was dirty, bathroom walls/mirror were kind of gross. I was disappointed that there was a cleaning fee and such a small space clearly wasn't cleaned well, and on top of that the rules asked us to do some cleaning at checkout. Overall it was fine and a good deal, but due to some cleanliness issues I have to give 3 stars
Very clean but tiny! No comfortable seating and unable to sit straight forward on toilette due to close quarters. Arrived after 4PM on Friday and was unable to reach management about turning on TV.
Loved the cozy rustic setting. The cabin is small, but we knew what to expect. Enjoyed having a fire in the common area and used the hot tub both nights. We were in the middle of an 18-day color tour so having the washer and dryer was REALLY nice. Josh and Colin were very proactive in their communication and check in was simple! Would definitely stay there again.
quaint cabin and setting; small but large enough for our needs; crack in window pane with A/C unit - did not affect us. Adult black bear visited the site at 6:30 pm on Thur, climbed on grill (which tipped over) looking for food and then went on his way. Never felt in danger. Microwave, Kuerig, refrig, shower all worked fine. nice breeze on the deck. Centrally located for our sightseeing to Waterbury, Stowe, and Green Mountain Forest.
This cabin stay was beautiful and secluded! We also had an amazing encounter with a bear in the woods. The area clean and really nice to just sit outside and enjoy nature! I would totally stay there again!
This "tiny house" was just a described - cozy and efficient. Just minutes from the slopes/activities but apart from the noise and traffic it is a comfortable place to unwind in the hot tub or read. We didn't cook, but found the space and views worked well for our visit.
My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was small but very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short ski holiday. The cottage was clean and had many creative places to store gear & clothing.
Not the place to stay if you want a full kitchen. If thatâs not a concern to you then this is a great little place to stay. It was clean with plenty of amenities.
Cabin is adorable, property is what you would expect for shared with other guests. Bunny Hill is extremely small but efficient and meets all your needs for a quick place to sleep and be on your way. I did not use any of the outdoor amenities i.e.: jacuzzi or lap pool or fire because of rain. I would definitely consider staying again in one of the other two cabins which look larger the bunny hill was just a bit small and I actually left one day early., but plan on looking into this property again in a few weeks for another two-night stay.
Great spot for a week of skiing at Sugarbush! Even though the cabin is small, thereâs lots of room to store luggage/hang gear. They obviously put a lot of thought into making the place both practical and comfortable - even down to the dimmable secondary lighting! Even when it was below 0 degrees outside, we were perfectly comfortable thanks to the great heater too. Hot tub was great, and the bus from the ski lodge really does drop you off right across the street from the driveway. The posting does say no formal kitchen, but we were a bit surprised that the only sink was the bathroom one. Luckily, we brought some paper plates and didnât have to go outside to the communal sink each night!y partner and I would come back again, especially since they allow dogs!
stayed in the bunny hill cabin perfect for 1 or 2 people (myself and 2 dogs). 1 min from the bush! cabin has everything you need, very well thought out. very affordable considering the area!
