The Provitt Stay

Direction and display of the property was excellent and correctly represented. All who stayed was well satisfied. The purpose of the gathering was for the Siblings of Robert and Mary Provitt to get together eleven years after Mary's death. Mission accomplished. Several offsprings of the siblings was also able to connect during our stay at the property. Will stay again if the property is available son our next visit. Thanks.

Beautiful home, plenty of space. The home was as described and clean. We had zero problems! We left a phone and the owners were so kind and quickly responsive and mailed it back to us. We will definitely be back next year. Check in and check out was easy.

Perfect Place and Location

This place is hands down one of the best VBRO I have stayed out. Description and pictures of this place was accurate. The house is beautiful and perfect for family entertaining. My parents and I flew in from California and had my niece and her family from Warren stay with us. With the time change, the bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. Sheets were nice and soft and pillows were great. As you can see, i love my sleep. The back yard was perfect for entertaining and have for family bbq'ing. Now, if they added a pool (hint.. hint), I probably would not have left. The house has several places to hang out. Downstairs is great for kids and adults! Kitchen is perfect for cooking and chatting. The house is set up nicely for entertaining. The house's location is perfect. Easy access to highway (maybe they call them interstate), grocery stores, Sam's Club and a nice resort (Grand Resort). If you love to golf, there's a nice golf course close by. There are also nice fine dining places within a few minutes. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My parents enjoyed their morning walks around the neighborhood. Communication with the owners were easy and nice. You know you have a great stay when you do not need to bother the owners for anything.

Perfect Place for Golf Group

Our group takes an annual golf trip and finding a place to lay our heads is on the top of the list of important aspects to our trip. Avalon Golf & Country Club was the location for our trip and this house was just a stone's throw to both of their courses in the area. But it wasn't just the ideal location that made this place fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and full of amenities to make you feel at home. We couldn't have wished for a better accommodations. On top of the pleasure of the house, Buddy, the owner, was so easy to work with and attentive to anything we needed. As far as VRBO host go, you won't find better than him. When we make our way back to northeast Ohio, we will be reaching out to Buddy.

Girls' Weekend

This was the perfect place to have old college friends gather for our annual girl's weekend. The house was so warm and inviting and felt like "home". The hot tub and covered patio with fireplace were perfect to come back to after a day of visiting local wineries. The hosts were most accommodating and provided a lovely home for us to make more memories!!

Great home and location

We had to find somewhere to stay with short notice due to a family emergency. I reached out the day prior and they were able to accommodate the short notice. They even helped after in a very distressed state we booked the wrong week. In short, customer service was A+. The property is located in a great and safe neighborhood. The property itself is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the amazing deck with fire pit, fireplace and jacuzzi. The home was very clean and had every possible accommodation you would need. We will definitely book this property again.

PERFECT & comfortable accommodations!

We could not believe how beautiful and cozy this home was! We comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 toddlers, with room to spare. We particularly enjoyed watching football on the basement projector and playing games in the spacious living room! We can't wait to return in the warmer months to take advantage of the backyard and deck area! Even when there was a technical issue with the digital lock code, we were able to connect with the host immediately and were inside within minutes. Highly recommend the Oasis at Avalon!

We loved this house

This house is fabulous. The four bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is fabulous with a huge walk-in closet. The neighborhood is so quiet none of us had any problem sleeping through the night. The family room is great with the tv and all the channels available without extra payment. Loved that. The basement was huge with a bar and a giant 100” projector tv. But we were there when it was 28-42 degrees outside and we preferred the warmth of the 1st floor (I flew in from Hawaii). Check in was a breeze and we were able to get a late check out which we loved. Stores are close by and my family is from that area so everyone found the property quickly. If so return to the area we are staying there again.
