Our property is nestled in the tranquil and upscale gated community of Surf Pines. With over 8 bikes available for adults and children, guests can explore our quiet and private community at their leisure.
Reservation & Compliance

To confirm your stay and meet local regulations, please review and sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement and complete our Guest Portal, including uploading a copy of your driver`s license, within 24 hours of booking. This ensures everything is set for your arrival and helps us comply with our HOA and Clatsop County requirements.

You`ll receive a reminder the following day if it`s not completed. Please note, if this information isn`t fully provided, we reserve the right to not honor the reservation.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone, we have a few important guidelines:

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Fire Pit: Kindly extinguish the fire pit by 10 PM.

Hot Tub & Patio: Due to HOA restrictions, hot tub and patio use is prohibited after 10 PM.

Pets: We welcome non-shedding dogs under 50 lbs, but all pets must be pre-approved before your check-in. Please contact us in advance to discuss bringing your furry friend!

Respect for Neighbors: We ask that guests respect our neighbors. Noise complaints may result in an immediate $750 fine.

Visitors: For the safety and privacy of all, no visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at any time during your stay. Unauthorized visitors are grounds for immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.

Accommodations: RVs, motorhomes, and tents are not permitted on the property.

Security: For your safety, onsite security cameras are operational 24/7.

Events: Please note that no events or receptions are allowed on the property.
