Within a short walk, you will find, among others, Galeria Mokotów – one of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw, offering a wide range of stores, dining options, a cinema, and fitness clubs. For lovers of active leisure and nature, numerous green areas are located nearby, such as Park Dolinka Służewiecka, Park Romana Kozłowskiego, and the square by the Służewiec Stream – ideal places for a walk, jogging, or relaxing outdoors.
The location on Bokserska Street ensures very good transport connections with the rest of the city. Nearby, there are bus stops (Bokserska, Jadźwingów) that provide quick access to the Wilanowska or Służew metro stations, from where you can easily reach Warsaw’s center, the Old Town, or other attractions of the capital. Approximately a 10-minute drive by car will bring you to Warsaw Zachodnia Station, and a little further is the Central Station.
