I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service - from the front desk staff (a big thank you to Marton!) to the room service staff. It’s rare that I have found employees so willing to deliver such amazing customer service with the effort to resolve any issues. Well done. Just a few things that were not as great were the rooms themselves. I had to change rooms several times due to the a/c not working as well as a window that was not sound proof. The hotel is located at an extremely loud and busy intersection so soundproofing is a must. The restaurant staff and food were only average and quite expensive given the portion size. Our group had a buffet dinner and it was cold. The breakfast buffet staff was also unfriendly and could not speak English, making requests difficult. Food also ran out and was not replenished even after trying to ask several times. But overall, a great place to stay. Super clean and way better than most hotels out there.

The Radisson Blu Sobieski is a lovely hotel! A great location with a broad range of dining options nearby & walking distance from the main railway station. If you choose there is a tramstop nearby too. Rooms are well appointed & there is good on site dining. Reception staff are friendly & helpful.

Clean modern and convenient

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good breakfast. The advertised gym facilities are closed for renovation. The small temporary gym is good for yoga and small dumbbells.They should take the pictures of the gym down until it’s renovated. They do not accurately represent what is available. Hotel is convenient to city center and airport. There is a commercial gym within a five minute walk.

Close enough to the old town and the museums to be in walking distance, but far enough out to be well priced. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room clean and comfy and staff really helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again
