Westin Warsaw is unique :) I love this hotel! The best hotel in Poland!

Excellent Friendly Staff
Pros:The staff were so helpful and polite. Very attentive when you sat down. And always on hand for advice.
Cons:Maybe a small shop to pick up some supplies if needed.
Location:Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity. For a city location very safe to walk into town.
We spent 3 nights here. On our arrival our rom was not ready but that was due to our early arrival rather than any fault of the hotel. The receptionist arranged to have our room ready as soon as possible, he arranged for our bags to be taken and then proceeded to suggest things that we could do while we were waiting going through the map of surrounding attractions and events.
He was very helpful and polite and we ended up being out until 10pm that night based on his different recommendations with no issue checking in on our return.
The rooms were very comfortable and warm. The hotel itself was impressive.
My only fault is that it was sometimes hard just to pop down and grab a sandwich based on their food times but plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Kokolattiamatto huoneessa miinus.
Pyyhkeet, kylpytakit vaihdettiin päivittäin kolmipäiväisen matkamme aikana. Olisiko ollut ekologisempaa vaihtaa vain pyydettäessä?

Waren im 19. Stock untergebracht. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Zimmer war konfortabel. Würden wieder hier buchen.

Hieno hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Metro-, ratikka- ja bussipysäkit lähellä. Paikallinen "Lidl" melkein vastapäätä. Kävelymatkan päässä iso ostoskeskus. Myös vanhaan laupunkiin suunnistettiin kävellen. Varsova yllätti positiivisesti.
