We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was PRIME, with fantastic views. The host company was communicative. Beds, couch, & arm chair were comfortable. Everything in the unit worked well & was exactly as expected. It was the perfect place for us!We are giving our stay 5 stars, despite some things that could be improved, because the positives far outweigh the issues, some of which are not in the host companyâs control. The parking and elevator situation is VERY confusing. The binder says to talk to the front desk about parking, but when we checked in the very kind gentleman working there did not speak much English. Since the parking passes are coordinated by the host management company, even though they are paid for separately, & it connects to which elevator you take/where you end up in the building, I think the host management company should have a write up for each unit, explaining where to park in the garage (reserved for residents? Visitors/commercial?) & which elevator to take to get closest to the unit youâre staying in. Dealing with all of that was stressful, confusing, & frustrating; it made our stay go less smoothly. This would be an easy thing for the management co to address and add to the email sent out to people who book. We were VERY excited to use the 24 hour jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room. None of which were working. It was 8pm on Friday & there was really no one to ask for help. That was a major bummer! The pool looked really nice tho!
