Room is very small, only two towels in a king bedroom is not enough upon arrival, should have been 4. They should offer a free coffee station in the morning from 6-9am, instead of charging guests 4.00 for drip coffee. Parking garage is next door which is not convenient and loading and unloading is in the street no driveway. Food and drinks are very over priced. Most of the staff was nice and friendly but I would recommend a few more quest friendly features. Great lounge and gym.

The thing that stood out the most about this hotel is their service and care for those staying with them. I felt very welcome and if I find myself in DC again I will look to The Arlo.

What a great find!! I would highly recommend this hotel. I have no idea how much it will cost in the high season, but it's a great find. The amenities are top notch. The restaurant was very good. The cafe had everything that you need. My only complaints are that I seemed to have a bit of a night time heat issue and the fan was loud. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this hotel.

I have stayed here twice now and wouldn’t think twice about staying here again! I have recommended it to my friends who also ended up staying here as well. I feel very safe here and it’s in a nice area. Parking is easy as it is right across the street. Love the rooftop bar as it has indoor and outdoor areas with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was a little pricey but delicious. The gym is pristine and also has a view for you to enjoy while working out. Service at the desk was excellent!
