The hotel staff will lie to you to hide their mistakes. Stayed two nights. My bed didn’t have a flat sheet so I called down to request one and they brought it right up. Next day housekeeping comes in and makes the bed, again no flat sheets. So I call down to the front desk and ask for flat sheets again. I also ask the night desk clerk if flat sheets are supposed to be on the bed, he says yes and that it was a mistake and he will contact someone about this error. When I check out in the morning I ask the day shift clerk the same question I asked the night shift one, he hesitates before saying no. Other than that the stay was ok. The hotel is more expensive than it’s worth, but if you have a concert in the stadium down the street or want to see the monuments it’s an easy pick.
