The woman checking us in at 4:30pm silently stared at the computer for at least five minutes without speaking to us. When we got to our room, someone was inside, which was startling. She said she was doing a “final check” however there were hairs in the bathroom and small pieces of debris on the couch. The lights in the bedroom went off and on by themselves. The air conditioning was so loud and sounded like emergency vehicles on down on the street. There was drilling going on right above us. Someone knocked and then immediately tried to enter our room while we were still in bed this morning even with the door hang indicating privacy. About an hour later as I was getting out of the shower it happened again. The whole experience was stressful. The location is great though!

This is a wonderful hotel at a fair cost! It is in a solid location and the staff were all so friendly. The only critique I have is that self parking is not as clearly advertised as the valet parking. Again, with the fair price of the hotel, it's not the end of the world to deal with valet services.

The guy the desk was high and gave us completely incorrect information on parking, even how to use the elevators. His information was wrong. The one elevator was completely under construction and probably should have been taken out of use. We get to the room and there's no soap and soap in the bathroom. There's water damage in the bathroom, torn wallpaper in the dining area and an air conditioning unit that rattled all night long. The only person who was helpful and knew anything about anything about the hotel was a valet who gets five stars would not recommend save your money. Go elsewhere
