Hotel of good standing located in a pleasant residential area close to the metro. On the other hand, our room reservation with kitchen was not compliant, there was only a microwave and no cutlery. In addition, the advertised breakfast is not served in the establishment. Bicycles provided cannot be booked.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. I like the fact that the Hotel offered tea/coffee & cucumber water 24 hours a day in their lounge area. The omelettes at Le Bon Café were excellent! And in spite of my food intolerances, the Cafe staff tried to work with me on them. On the whole, my friend and I had a very good experience.

Hotel location was excellent. Right by a metro stop and the start of the National Mall. Can't get a better location for exploring DC. Hotel itself was pretty nice. Large rooms and comfy beds. A few oddities but that's probably my Englishness showing. Only two gripes. Firstly - the Locally collected mandatory fees/taxes were not clear when I booked on Hotels.com which meant an additional unexpected 170 dollar fee on top of what I was paying - probably me not reading the small print and not the hotels fault - and two breakfast is provided by a diner round the corner. They give you a 12 dollar voucher which won't really buy you anything so you end up paying about 20 bucks on top of this anyway for Avacado and toast with coffee plus a tip. Combine that with pretty frosty service and my advice is just don't bother. Get breakfast somewhere else.

I went for a 2 night anniversary trip with my husband + breezy bowl concert @ the Nationals Stadium. Had a pleasant stay here. Staff was great ✅ Early Check in was the highlight of our week really felt like a vacation in favour of us ✅ L’occitane was a plus! What a treat for our skin 🥰 The bikes?! Another highlight of our trip! ✅ We were welcomed & let go of by friendly staff. Good job maintaining this hotel and good teamwork for all the staff! Would definitely go back again!
