We had to be let in by a guest when we arrived after our late flight arrival. There was no one at the reception desk. At the 2nd floor check-in, we learned our reservations had been canceled!!! The clerk there was of minimal help and then left his desk. Instead, we were helped, by phone, by Hyatt, and went to a Hyatt Hotel.

Surprised at how lovely this place was compared to how I imagined it would be from the reviews. The place was really clean and nice to stay at. Nice/comfy beds with a tv that connects to Netflix. Nice and spacious too. Train wasn’t loud at all from our room even though it went behind us. Bathroom and shower has been remodeled and was clean with nice amenities. Gym was pretty great too! The downside: our hotel phone didn’t work. We used the single roll of TP and had to wait a long time for more. Also, couldn’t call down for more creamer and coffee cups when needed; line was a little too long for me to go to the desk and ask for it. The carpet was a bit stained and could be steam cleaned. No bags left in the trash. Minor things in my opinion, otherwise great stay! :)

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and the valet parking was super convenient and quick! We were able to walk to a few local restaurants, which was really nice for easy options. The only down side was our hotel room faced the train, which could be heard during the later hours of the night.

I thought the staff was wonderful. I love the guards that worked the door. Made me feel very safe. The bar area was wonderful and the bartender great. Great access to the Metro. Top Shelf. Room really really nice.
