They don't read customers requests.

The only complaint I had was they don't read my requests, cuz I requested my room to be facing main roads instead my room facing bushes so no views at all. Besides that it's all right.

I was disappointed. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and was put in a room with 2 double beds and the room was very small and the AC was so loud and and smelled musky. Not to mention the homeless people right in front of the hotel standing outside in underwear

Reception employees were excellent! Quick checkin and checkout friendly and always asked if they could get us anything. Rooms were spacious, very clean and have all necessary amities The Breakfast gets a 4.5. Choices were great, good very good food. Staff made the waffles for you! This was above par breakfast’. Easy to get to ALL MUSEUMS, memorials and federal buildings.
