The concierges were exceptionally warm and welcoming! The room incredibly comfortable and clean -- however, it needed pen and paper! The lobby was exceedingly comfortable-- I was able to comfortably host my friends and show off the place I was staying! And the price was just right. I really appreciated the breakfast. The inviting room, the selection was awesome--the variety was excellent, the waffles delicious. Fruit, yogurt, granola, great! HOWEVER, there weren't items I would eat! TOO MUCH PROCESSING! The whipped cream for the waffles WASN'T REAL CREAM! It was toxic food-like substitute! And forget fake maple syrup corn syrup food-like substitute "waffle syrup"! Offering simple powdered sugar would have been better. I am fighting colon cancer. GET REAL ABOUT FOOD! Also, PLEASE have breakfast run til 10:30 or 11am. Thank you, I appreciate your efforts!

Our stay was fabulous! The customer service from all of the staff from the front desk to the complimentary breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Our room was clean, spacious, tidy and the bathroom has everything a couple would need for a three night stay. The best part my wife notices is that all The Hampton Inns we have stayed at are consistent in excellence! We have no complaints whatsoever. I love the fact you guys have the most reasonable price for covered garage parking and that your hotel is close to Alexandria's central business district. We will be back specifically at your hotel. Thank you again for delivering excellence!
