The breakfast was great. Staff was helpful but only one person was available at the front desk, and you had to wait too long sometimes to get attention. Also, the last day there was this machine sound - like a buzz saw type of sound - that came up intermittently near my room - but I don't know what it was. - Monica and Carl Varner

The room was very clean and the feee breakfast helped. We utilized the small fitness facility and it did the trick. What was most important was the staff. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful for everything. Told us how to access the subway, where to eat, asked us about our day and just chatted. Great staff makes a huge impact. Way to go, the front desk staff should be thanked!!

Numerous signs of aged decor... could barely operate blinds in room due to rough chain pulls. The door to the room was crooked, and allowed a TON of noise and light through, holes in the wall from what I assume were missing artwork or old fixtures in the bathroom... just overall dingy around the edges. Traffic noise from seven floors below was also excessive.

Roo. Was clean and what was expected, they did not replenish coffee. The 1st morning breakfast was good. The 2nd morning Sunday was terrible. The coffee tasted like brown water, had zero strength. The front of house didn’t smile and wasn't welcoming at all.
