My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this centrally located hotel. It was so many activities I was able to plan for our anniversary without us having to drive or pay for an expensive Uber ride. Definitely will stay again

2 night stay for our family of 5 to do the DC highlights. Expensive for what it is in terms of room and facilities but you pay for the location - 20 minute walk to the mall, 25 to the white house. Room was comfortable and clean but basic. Breakfast was average at best. 1st night still no bedding for the sofa bed after asking twice. Eventually got in on the 2nd night. Basic but great location. Service friendly but lacking.

It’s my first time staying at this place and I’ll definitely won’t be back. We here for the cherry blossom festival and I look up online the room the view everything showing like I’m staying next to the capital which we no where near my expectations went down but the young man front desk super nice and professional he was a good sign until I get charge for checking in early which he never mention I was thinking if they can hold on to our luggage until 4 to check in they charge me extra 25$ on top of 75$ fee so 100$ dollar extra which is fine. I got a king bed and a sofa pullout bed I pull the bed it’s was so dirty like it’s haven’t been clean in a while and we asked thr girls front desk for a cover and a blanket waiting 30min no one bring nothing up I have to call them and said in my face “ oh you come down and get it” okay I was patiently waiting for her to finish lunch and ask for the sheet like I didn’t need to do all that. I would give this place a 3 start until the another girls front desk was giving us the 10$ for two bottles of water I paid 700$ for 3day 2 night with no water restock and no toothbrush and toothpaste. And the worst thing is the way they talk to customer with the altitude like “ Idgaf” like I’m paid to stay here why can everyone in their treat us like the nice old man he make breakfast make sure everyone felt comfortable and welcoming not the altitudes and the annoying face :))) very dissatisfied 3start hotel what do I expect.

Love this place !!

Awesome … breakfast was great along with the guy who prepared the food .. took time to come out do an intro … very very personal touch xoxo the gym was FAB .. definitely will be back oh and then check in girl was nice also .. I worked out at 4am and felt safe

Room was small but very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had to ask for a toilet roll for the 2nd day since the staff didn't replace one. Front staff didn't have any smiles but did their job. Only the two porters had smiles for us. The man who handled the breakfast was very rude to us on the first day. He yelled at us for a small mistake instead of pointing it out nicely. He was lecturing everybody "you come with a smile, and leave with a smile.." but he ruined our day.
