Decent property needs improvement

My stay was brief and relatively comfortable. The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect of this level of hotel. I found the floors unclean especially at corners and underneath the furniture. Supervision of housekeeping staff is suboptimal. The AC allows in wind from outside and so I had to keep it on to avoid this inconvenience. The tap in the bathroom was hard, needs replacement. The towels are frayed at the edges and need replacement too.

The property is severely outdated for the area. It smells like smoke and mildew even though house keeping does keep it as clean as they can. Paying $38 for parking in a limited space was also unfavorable. The staff was really nice but it’s just not up to par.

The room was not completely clean. A lot of other people 's hair . There is no drinking water in the room. The bathroom sink is dirty. The air conditioner did not switch to warm air.
