When we arrived we pulled into the parking garage we weren’t greeted by anyone. We couldn’t found an elevator and had to walk through the parking garage to get to the hotel entrance. Once we got inside we asked about the parking and I guess he was the parking intended, said to us very rudely that we shouldn’t have been in the garage!!! I asked how was I supposed to know when know one was there. Long story short parking was 55 a day! The bed was uncomfortable and we called to get a new remote cause it didn’t work when we checked in. It took 45 minutes for someone to come with a new remote. We had planned to stay from Tuesday- Saturday for our honeymoon. We decided to leave early.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and offered a wide variety of options. The breakfast team was great as well and very quick with refills. Location-wise, it's a convenient spot too. The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the appliances could have been maintained more regularly. But overall, it was very good.

Front Desk Staff not very knowledgeable, About parking and requested room items (Crib) Valet staff very rude and dismissive seemed as though they were bothered having to do their Job, Stains on room carpet, towels not stock to accommodate party. Booking was 1/16-1/19 only once were the beds maid and the same sheets were used to make it housekeeping staff very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.
