Check in was smooth, staff was attentive and very personable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, there’s a cafe that’s open till 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends if you need a snack or drinks. There’s a rooftop bar and restaurant and the location is close to many attractions

The property was in a perfect location! Easy to walk to the museums and monuments. Great dining options at the wharf and easy to walk to. Staff was amazing!!! The only issue was more with making reservations through Orbitz. I didn’t realize the hotel was non refundable and no cancellations through the reservation being made through Orbitz. I purchased the trip insurance, but I did not realize that unless it’s a serious medical emergency with documentation that basically nothing is covered. That’s on me for not double checking all the reservations info more carefully. Next time I will just get a room through the Hyatt website.
