This spacious turn of the century townhome has been fully renovated in a mid-century modern style. It`s a fun and colorful space with a fully-stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and luxury bathrooms. It is also just a few minute metro, drive, or uber to all of DC’s main monuments. With popular bars and restaurants just a short walk away, this home’s 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath layout is ideal for families and groups of friends. Off-Street Parking Included!

This two story townhouse has been impeccably restored creating a bright and open floorpan in the first floor living spaces while maintaining the private comfortable bedrooms upstairs.
You enter the townhouse after crossing over the private front porch, which is perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a book. The large living room contains a memory foam sleeper sofa in the seating area and also has a large smart tv. The adjoining dining room is a light filled space that is open to the luxurious gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen area has stone countertops and includes island seating between the kitchen and dining area. There is access to the rear patio and parking space from the kitchen door. There is also a half bath on this floor.
The second floor has three bedrooms all outfitted with extremely comfortable mattresses and bed linens, and a luxurious full bath.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3 bedroom 2-story townhome unit with a private front and rear entrance, and there is a fully separate 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom English basement unit below. Please check our profile if you`re interested in renting the basement unit, or the combined 5 bedroom house. Due to the proximity of units we require quiet hours after 10PM, if you have any issues we are just a message away!

House Rules:

• Guests located within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C. require pre-approval before booking. Reservation made without pre-approval will be subject to cancellation per guest`s Cancellation Policy.

• Guest must complete pre-arrival ID verification including damage protection selection via our digital guest portal

• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.

• DC Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday. It`s the law!

• Speakers are prohibited from being used to play loud music at any time, including outdoors.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.

• Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed.

• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.

• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay.

• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.

Trip to DC

Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). Thank you again!
