Hotel is really nice, has character and uniqueness; front desk was pleasant - very clean! my 2nd time visiting there and I will return - however - their on-site restaurant is terrible, and I will avoid it in the future - seems the people running it are unfriendly, arrogant, and overcharging-

Good clean stay. Great service from front desk and restaurant staff! I appreciated how the room was quiet and safe. Amenities were nice (water bottles, some small chocolates, and 2 free sodas). Fitness center was small but just what we needed. Would stay again.

A really nice historic hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location downtown within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the arena. The metro is also a short walk away. With reasonable rates as well I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was among the friendliest and caring we’ve ever had the chance to meet. Always on top of things and willing to go out of their way to accommodate. Our room was great with a view of the city. A great stay for us in January and can imagine what the spring/ summer months there must be like.
