We noticed a large charge for MoonRaker restaurant on our folio before checking out. We notified the front desk that we did not dine at MoonRaker during our 6 day stay. It was taken off of final folio at checkout. We returned home to find that this charge was not taken off the folio and was charged to our credit card. I called the hotel and they couldn't explain why this was charged to my credit card necessitating a call to my bank to start a chargeback. Not impressed by the lack of attention to this matter by the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and the perfect location. They have bikes that they offer but the tires were deflated, I had to swap out bikes twice because of the tires. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing and friendly staff.

Very overpriced and overrated for the amount charged. Nothing in the room is complimentary, every single thing including soap and shampoo has a price on it. For get that you are already paying $700+ a night. You can’t even use the fridge because it’s filled with items you have to pay for that are sitting on sensors that if you move them for more than 30 seconds you will be charged. Rendering the fridge unusable for all the left overs from the dinner spots near by.

The staff were fantastic and so friendly! It was a very busy weekend with the flower bloom. I had higher expectations for the Pendry on cleaning and attention to details as my room felt slightly dirty and the hallways always had something gross on the floors, but nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay. Bar Pendry was a memorable evening, and the fitness facility was top notch. Moonraker is great for a view but service is slow so just be prepared for longer wait times. A great few days for my visit to the area, I could walk everywhere! The Wharf has tons of great options for dining as well.
