Although breakfast was great and a great location, water was always cold, key card machine had issues for 5 of the 7 days we were there and everyone knows how inconvenient it is to go to your room, then have to go back to the desk multiple times with the same excuses. There was a lady at the front desk. That was very nice helpful, and friendly. I cannot remember her name, but she made us feel welcome and good about choosing this hotel. The only reason I did a four star was there was no dinner or drinks for the evening.

the toilet had difficulty flushing then overflowed - the hotel did send someone to fix it but then they did not clean the floor until we asked for further help, the staff were Ok but not friendly
