The area was in a nice, convenient, walkable area of the city. I wasn't able to contact the property ahead of time, but they were very kind and helpful upon my arrival.

Our stay was nice, linens were very clean as well. But overall the room was in terrible condition, all surfaces were wood and warped. There were holes and cracks splurging out of the wall. The tile in the bathroom was set back in place but not grouted and kept cutting our feet. From a picture afar it looks amazing, but once you get close up it really isn’t in great condition, atleast our room wasn’t. For cleanliness, i’d say it was very clean. Just terrible condition furniture/walls and NO mattress protectors. when stripping the bed before we checked out i learned there is no protection on the mattress, my fault for not looking when we arrived. That grossed me out entirely.

Situated in a wonderful neighborhood the Found has the potential to be an amazing stay, but there were too many issues to forgive. My room had an active leak that’s clearly been going on for weeks. The room hate paint peeling from the leak. Room was clearly worn with a great deal of quick caulk fixes throughout the room. I won’t be staying here again. There is no staff or concierge present which became a big issue when the fire alarm triggered at 8:30 in the morning.

The stall shower did not work and the bathroom sink had barely any water flow. I also can not get any kind of contact information to discuss this with them. A dump. Don’t stay here.
