Great space in a convenient location

This place was great for our family. Loads of room, great access to Metro and other attractions. We really liked all the light from the windows and skylights. Kitchen and appliances are amazing. Pictures are 100% accurate. Can’t go wrong here. Thanks for a great stay.

We were absolutely delighted when we entered this property - the space is gorgeous and immaculate, the floor plan was perfect for our needs, and the art (and book collection) exceeded our expectations. The location was safe and close to everything we needed.

Loved this unit, incredibly managed to be gorgeous, arty and cozy, honey at the same time. Loved the Miele coffee maker, well equipped kitchen, great shower. Responsive communication from property manager. I was sad to leave.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

This location truly was as stunning as it was described. The home was beautiful, so was the artwork! It was so perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space to spread out, relax, and recover from tons of sightseeing! It was definitely the perfect location - close to everything - the Metro, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants! All the major museums and monuments were just a few Metro stops away making it a great hub for all our activities! And the rain-shower shower heads were so refreshing after long hot days! Communication and the check-in and check-out with the property management was great and super easy. They responded very quickly to all of my questions before and during our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a wonderful property. Conveniently located to not only the convention center but within walking distant to the distinct neighborhoods of D.C. and the monuments. The property itself is tactfully appointed and well set up for entertainment. Wonderful kitchen and dining area surrounded by unique art and eclectic furnishings. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a 2 bed 2 bath with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying a special vibe in the heart of Washington D.C.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo with Unique Charm

During our Washington, DC adventure, we discovered a charming and spacious condo with an inviting atmosphere. Its open plan design and captivating layout instantly captivated us. Positioned in the heart of the city, just a 30-minute walk from the renowned National Mall, the location couldn't have been more convenient and enjoyable. However, a few noteworthy aspects prevented us from giving a full 5-star rating. The bed proved uncomfortably causing backaches in the morning. Additionally, the lack of extra linens for the couch was disappointing. It would have been helpful to have pillows, covers, and linens for four people assuming separate sleeping arrangements. The parking situation imposed an extra $90 fee for a nearby garage, unfortunate information missing from the property description. Furthermore, a broken latch on the balcony raised safety concerns. Although the neighborhood felt safe, our prompt request for a fix went unanswered. Despite these drawbacks, we cherish our overall experience in this enchanting condo. Its beauty, spaciousness, and exceptional location elevated our appreciation for Washington, DC, making our adventure all the more memorable. With adjustments in these areas, the condo has the potential to create an awe-inspiring experience, enticing guests to return once more.

Beautiful Property with Access to All DC Has to Offer

We stayed at this property this week and could not have been more pleased with the quality of the accommodations. The condo/apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and decorated thoughtfully with artwork throughout the whole unit. The space is laid out creatively to allow for everyone to have a place to read, relax, or work. The apartment is equipped with all of the necessary accommodations to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook at home if you so choose and the unit also has a washer/dryer which means you can pack less.:) This property is very close to the Metro and no car is really needed. Property management responded to any questions we had quickly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy our nation's capitol!

Could not have hoped for a better place to come home to after a long day of sight-seeing with our granddaughter! Bright, welcoming space with state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen

Graduation Trip

My husband and I had the privilege to take two of our grandsons on a graduation trip to visit our nation’s capital. This was the perfect place to stay. The location was about a 30 - 35 minute walk to the main attractions, we all enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and beautiful and safe neighborhood. There were incredible furnishings and artwork and within walking distance from Safeway and restaurants.

Lovely apartment

This apartment was lovely, clean and well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked. It was in a great neighborhood for us, close to family and restaurants. A good walk to the Mall. Will try to stay here again next time we visit DC. Thank you!
