We went to check in 90 minutes early and they wanted to charge us $20 to do so. I called the day before and requested early check-in and there was no mention of a charge at that time. Also, my daughter's room (329) was very sparsely decorated, and the TV did not work as the electricity was out for the entire wall in the room.

The room was clean. The bar staff was great. The room was so loud at night from the club that I couldn't sleep till well after 3am. We also had no hot water. When we tried calling the front desk no one would answer. For a supposedly high end hotel it was just average at best. Had I have known about the noise or hot water I would have considered booking elsewhere.

I wanted to heat up some soup and was told they would bring a microwave up. It took over 2hrs to get my microwave. I had to call and inquire about when they would bring it up 4 different times. I had to leave and put the do not disturb sign on my door and they still entered into my room.
