Not a new building, but everything was clean, everything worked, the staff were friendly and efficient, the area safe with nearby metro access, grocery stores and restaurants. The room I had also had a full kitchen, which is a definite benefit if you're staying for a few days. The price was reasonable, and I will definitely stay here again if that is the case next time as well.
