The overall hotel experience was excellent. The place that they fell down was on getting breakfast on departure. Waited for 20-30 mins for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. This was not in the seated restaurant but in the take out cafe and they added in an 18% gratuity. For what slow service in a take out line? Over priced and SLOW. This was my only complaint. All else was great. I would return. I would use my breakfast credit differently.

Great hotel and service. I would stay again but I did feel a little deceived with the breakfast package, they worded it where I was receiving a daily $35 credit but it was one credit the entire stay. I spent way more for breakfast than I expected.

The room was nice. The hallways were aged and not clean. Breakfast was a combination coffee bar/service model. Food was great. For 2-days I had a $35/day Facilities Fee in addition to the room fee. I did get $38 credit for breakfast or $19/day. I never understand Facilities Fees.

When checking in we were given a room that had a basement like window (up high with something blocking it), and the hallway smelled like pot. When we complained, I had to really press the person at the front desk for another room. The property appeared to not be well maintained. Our main room window was cloudy (appeared to be from broken seal), lots of chips on baseboards, doors and paint in general, walls in bathroom and grout were dirty. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Very disappointing overall, especially for a Viceroy hotel.
