Victory with Viceroy

This is not my first day at the Viceroy nor will it be my last! The hotel is very well run, is immaculately clean, the linens are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

We had a great stay at The Viceroy. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the National Mall. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and well decorated.

Great location and exemplary service!

I’ve stayed here many times and this was the best yet. The hotel was immaculately cleaned, great location in Logan Circle. The best moment was the greeting when I arrived by the front desk Katyce and Karen. They treated me like a bestie and made me feel welcome.

Non Functioning Room Blinds

The hotel and room were decent enough especially for the price. The room, however, was very dark without enough lighting. The blackout shades in the room were broken and would not close making sleeping difficult. I notified the hotel and they could not fix it. They closed the shade making the room so dark. They did nothing. I actually checked out early and switched hotels.
