Built in 1690, newly restored. Located in Watermill the center of the Hamptons. Restaurants and shopping right around the corner. We are located right off of Montauk HWY. Five minute drive to the ocean! Comes with local beach parking passes (for multiple cars). 2 upright paddle boards, surfboards (3 Long boards, 2 midsize boards, and 2 6’2”) and a small freshwater boat that fits two with an electric motor.
During your stay at this bed & breakfast, you'll be close to The Hamptons Beaches. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub.
