I was obviously calling from Ontario and got flipped to Hampton in Cedar Valley when booking I was looking to stay at Hampton inn In Saint Jacobs Ontario and the state flipped me over to the America I called the front desk at the Hampton Inn Cedar Valley, and they gave me no refund. I did not show up. I cancelled my reservation. They were very rude. I try explaining to them that I had no intentions of being in the states that weekend I was in Ontario and I am from Ontario

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. The only issue we had was the pool was cold and often weren’t pool towels but not a huge deal. Breakfast each morning was a win with kids and they loved being able to make their own waffles!
