The longer we stayed the more disgusting the place was. From a moldy and mildew shower curtain, dirty dishes, literally having food still on them, two sheets that we didnât notice or stained until after we started stripping the beds. There were no dressers or even tables in one of the bedrooms, so you have to live out of your luggage on the floor. Furniture was broken or extremely cheap and weak. We notified the property manager within 24 hours of checking in and minimally asked for at least a clean shower curtain. Four days later, we checked out and still no word of a shower curtain, it was as if we were getting answered by bots and not a real person. They kept telling us the local team would be in touch. We were thoroughly disappointed, having to wash every single dish and eventually showering at the athletic center. I sent photos and was able to get a partial refund that takes 3 to 5 days so we didnât have the funds to transfer to a new location. This successfully ruined our trip. Itâs shameful and Iâm guessing the owner of this property isnât even aware of the issues to me. It sounds like the property management team failed the owner and us, the guest.
