The watford is a very nice hotel. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Better than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I would book here again.

Home away from home

The room was clean and quiet. Water was nice and warm for our showers, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I visit Watford City a couple timees a year and zlways stay at The Watford.

Nice place but Front desk was rude

Front desk lady was rude. Could never get a hold of them when needed. Nice place but they need to evaluate there employees. Tried calling to cancel my last night and after calling 5 times never did get anyone to answer a phone.

The Watford Hotel was clean. The breakfast had very good options. However, slept poorly as the bed was ultra firm. Our adult son stayed with us for one night, and stated he didnt sleep well in his bed either. Bed was too hard.

The overall property is being renovated so many final touches need to be completed in the common areas. The room itself was completed and quite nice except that the door needs to be manually lifted so that it closes properly.
