Lovely hotel, service could’ve been better. We weren’t acknowledged when we was waiting at reception to check in. When we got to our room it was a twin not the king bed we’d booked. We were moved, but I had to argue for it, as the receptionist insisted one of the twin beds was a king. It wasn’t! Getting ready, the iron was burned to a crisp, it took a long time to be replaced as reception wasn’t answering the phone. It made us miss our travel arrangements and so we had to pay for a taxi.
