Amanda at the front desk was amazing. I hate to complain, Ive worked house keeping and customer service, but the rest was terrible. Shower & the room were tiny. The property next door is awful, not their property I know. Its a junk yard looking abandoned hotel. The app didn't book my date correctly, I booked for 1 day on a Saturday. It booked me Sunday to Monday instead. I'm certain I didn't just click wrong, so paid an extra fee to move to the correct date. We called early morning the day of & Amanda was very helpful. Went to check in that evening, 12 hours later & Amanda was still there working by herself. Her systems were down & she was on hold with the help line. She called a manager, they didn't answer, called someone else & they did. They told her to go old school & use paper to get my info. So she wasn't able to check me into the system. Got it all filled out, copies of my card & ID and in for the night. Had a knock on the door at 9:30 the next morning, they didn't say "house keeping" or "front desk" or anything to announce they're staff. It was another employee who "is supposed to check & make sure this room is ready". Apparently they never put me into the system, once Amanda left & had that room for a check in for someone else. Breakfast was mid like most hotels. There were no joke like 10 TV channels unless you want to sign into your personal Netflix. Really no better than the other hotels in a small town, worse than most tbh.
