We stayed 2 nights. The first night our key tag barely worked but we got in. The next morning we went downstairs to their breakfast which is average but when we went back to our room to shower and go to an important meeting the key tag would Not work. We immediately went downstairs to let them know. They sent someone up and they couldnât open it. They went back downstairs and tried another key that did Not work. They went back down and it took several minutes each time. They eventually brought some contraption like long type of coat hanger and after several attempts finally opened the door. The Lady was very nice but didnât speak a word of English. She left and we didnât know what to do so my wife showered as I waited. She finally came back up with a battery pack for the door but it didnât work so she went back down to get something else. That didnât work either. She went back downstairs and we finally got a call that they were moving us to another room. The whole process took over an hour and a half. I missed my meeting and they said they would give us something for our trouble. When we checked out we got nothing so I asked about it. They said they would keep it open until the head Manager came in and they would call or text me. They never did and later that night I received an email for the full amount with no response.
