Upon arrival, front door was wide open in plain sight from street. The lockbox of keys to the property was also left wide open, with a set of keys just hanging there. It had been left this way for 7 hours, from the time we were notified that we could check-in early to when we actually checked-in. We had to verify that no one was in the house, make sure everything appeared safe and locked up. Called Vacasa who managed the property and spoke to their customer service agent and relayed all of this information and told them that we did not feel safe in the property, that someone could have taken an extra set of keys or copied the keys to gain access to the property over night or when we were gone during the day. The Vacasa customer service agent assured us that they would resolve all of this, but that it was too late that evening for anything to be fixed, but that the next morning Vacasa would be in contact to fix and even potentially change properties to another unit close by. We never heard back from Vacasa during the trip. Nothing. We kept a chair wedged under the front door handle for safety and never left our belongings in the house when go
