People at reception were really nice and helpful. Room was okay overall. Coffee and teas. No milk. Good bathroom and very nice shower. Tv didn’t work, wouldn’t connect to internet. Heating is an old fashion radiator so a kind of all or nothing scenario. We had to open the windows to have a medium temperature. Bed was good enough. I did expect a little more for the price but i guess we paid for the view which was really great.

The room was quite small, but perfect for a single person, and the rate was excellent. The desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and professional. I was able to walk to Te Papa and Circa Theatre which was the purpose of my stay and Bay Plaza was the ideal location at a good price.

The noise from adjoining rooms was unbearable. We could hear every word said and the noise from the television was louder than the one in our room. Room service was non existent until I asked for it late in the evening. It is hard to use your rating above as your staff were great but your processes and the very tired decor left a lot to be desired. I will never return or recommend your services.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! I greatly appreciated their work to get me checked in early after my 18+ hours of travel. The room was perfect and very clean. Definitely small compared to North American standards but was perfect for just me and my things! Super walkable area and lots of restaurant options. Being so close to the museum and grocery store were just what I needed for my half day in Wellington!
