Great location, friendly front desk staff, clean safe property. Our queen room was small but had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Kitchen equipped with exactly 2 of everything, but staff very willing to provide any extra needed.

Clean room and comfortable beds, great check in. Staff great when we locked our key in our room! Unfortunately was very noisy, the room next to us had doors opening and closing all night and there were big rubbish trucks beeping all night.

The suite was spotlessly clean and exceeded our expectations in all respects. The staff really stood out as exceptionally friendly and helpful. If we return to Wellington we would definitely look to stay here again, highly recommended.

The room was clean. The hallways are very dark, and parking is limited. The washer/dryer only worked to wash - you had to be there watching it in order to set the dryer settings when it got to that exact point, which then didn't work very well, so we had to hang our clothes to dry. The location was great and within easy walking distance to shops and dining.

Parking was close and even though we checked in after hours, it was easy. Be aware that the property will put a two hundred dollar hold on your credit card before you arrive, as this isn't immediately obvious in the booking conditions (there is a line about they "reserve the right to put a hold on your card" which I found inadequate). With single glazed windows and being in the middle of the city it was noisy and light from very early as it was summer when we stayed and the curtains didn't quite block all the light. The accommodation itself was nice and quiet and very private. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom space, but windows on stays meant you could air the room out and cool it down before bed. All in all we were happy with our stay.
