Room was not ready at 2pm. Poor signal resulting in no tv for nearly 24 hrs. Our pre-paid breakfast vouchers were not given at check-in. Rooms are dated. Feel for the staff who were constantly saying the word ‘SORRY’ to literally every guest. Avoid this place till the promised renovation is complete. By the way, we stayed 3 nights & 4 days and did not see a single tradie, machine or hear a nail gun.

The staff at reception were friendly and rooms tidy and clean. However lost a few points for the condition of the room (410) - the fridge ran so hot it hummed and the draw above fridge with cups, glasses and spoons was really very hot, so everytime you took a glass out it was hot. There was an open hole into wall where the shower head came out. There was also no air conditioning that worked which is not ideal just a big fan that was quite noisy. For a room that caters to 2-3 people lvthink there should be 2 seats at table so one doesn't have to eat in bed. Tv only has the basic tv channels and Internet kept cutting out throughout the whole 3 night stay so you cant watch a movie on your phone either (I did call reception about this on second night and they didnt seem surprised. They just said someone was coming to fix it, but was same issue every day so think that might be their standard response).

The staff were amazing both at the front desk and the housekeeping ladies. Room was average. Something was sticking through the carpet that got stuck in my child’s foot, I do think they are under renovation because the room right next door to me looked amazing. Staff were 12/10 room was a 3/10 and that’s being nice. Word of advice, utilise the discount on offer for Wilson car park next door as the under ground parking is tight.

The property is tired and dire need of an upgrade. The shower was dirty. The noise from other rooms can be heard as the walls are super thin. The only good this was the breakfast in the hotels cafe. Needs a major upgrade.
