Poor Service

Check-in was slow. Reception was locked but staff was inside on phone. Waited outside a locked door for about 10 mins. When exchanging a faulty electric kettle, was again found office locked and no one was inside. When out for coffee and return back to motel still could not reached the office as no one was in.

Actually really enjoyed my stay at Newlands Court Motel. The staff were excellent, and very friendly. The room I had was refurbished, was really comfortable and warm, quiet and nice. I'd stay there again.
