The decor is quite unique. It is quite dark though and not much lighting in the room however, still a great stay. Straight across the road from Te Papa and an easy walk to the waterfront and the cbd.

Good location near CBD

Good location close to restaurants, bars, museums, and transportation. Stayed in 2 bedroom with 1 full and 1 half bathroom (toilet only). Limited counter space in both, and the half bath was tiny.

The room had very big rooms, full kitchen, spa bath, desk to work at which was very good! Location was fantastic to be able to get to the coast for a walk to the 25m pools at Freyburg or go two blocks the other direction to Cortney Place. The art downstairs is mesmerizing. Staff were efficient and helpful. The only thing to note is that the building and in particular the passage ways could have better upkeep i.e older carpets and some items on the wall falling off etc.
