Other hotels in better, more central location for price. Parking and access are TERRIBLE-they operate a stacker system ( which isnt advertised) and its annoying having to wait to get your car out. Its also an extra $35 per night, so you have to pay extra for this inconvenience.I only booked this place because they had parking, but it was really disappointing Reception staff the only positive about this place, dreary view, dreary area, dirty mold spits in some parts. Absolutely would not recommmend

The room was nice and bed comfortable. It was fully appointed. Location was walkable but not well situated. Parking was a pain. Inadequate at the hotel and required surveillance on the street to feed meter. Constant parking costs were expensive. The streets are busy and narrow

Good location downtown, hotel is on a busy street. Room was nice, parking was a challenge, your best bet is to go to the garage around the corner. Bring earplugs if road noise and sirens disturb your sleep.

Lovely big apartment with washer and dryer. Comfortable bed. Close to Cuba st eateries and vintage shops. Staff at reception were lovely. I was able to get early check in. Requested quiet apartment and was given same. Hunter at reception was great and gave me a late checkout. Well done guys!

Parking is an issue but a surface car park next door worked out well. It’s more of an aparthotel and the unit was well equipped, including a washer and dryer. No bar and no reception after 7pm. Lots of shops nearby.

Good rooms. Two desk clerks could npt recommend places to eat. I asked for a second pillow my first night. No reult, I asked the next morning, still no result by late adternoon. Finally a pillow showed up while at dinner. Everything else was fine.

I have not stayed in such a perfect all around place. Great beds, room layout and laundry facilities in the room!. Above all the staff was fantastic. We were close to everything and the Blue Ridge ferry, which was important to us, never being in NZ before.

Parking was a problem. They cannot guarantee you a space, so if you arrive and there’s room, you can pay for it. It not, you have to either park on the road and deal with the app, or find another parkade. The room was very sparsely appointed with just 2 chairs in front of the tv in the corner, so it felt a bit like a conference room. On the other hand, having a washer and dryer in the room was very appreciated.
