Il s'agit d'une maison unifamiliale sur le Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Les vues sont tout simplement incroyables. 1 pùté de maisons de la plage. 3 chambres Queen et 1 chambre avec lits superposés pour 4 personnes. Il y a 2 salles de bain complÚtes. L'une des 2 douches a une baignoire. Il y a une salle d'eau au 1er étage et une douche extérieure. Cùble de base et Smart TV dans chaque chambre et l'espace de vie. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose de compartiments avec prises / USB pour charger l'électronique. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose également d'une playstation 4. N'hésitez pas à bannir les enfants au 3Úme étage. Serviettes (bain et plage) et draps fournis. La véranda est ouverte sur le salon. 4 chaises de plage sont disponibles. Grill disponible. Chaises Adirondack et foyer dans l'arriÚre-cour.

Exceptional familial experience

We really enjoyed our stay at the GreatNest! Great location and nicely equipped. Only thing to mention is the quality of cleaning on arrival. The house was not ready until 5pm and we found many items under the bed or in the drawers (empty soda cans, chocolate wrappings). We hope to come back soon!

The home is beautiful and comfortable, with absolutely stunning views. It is a quick walk to the beach, which afforded us the convenience of all coming and going on our own schedules, not having to coordinate driving. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. I typically have difficulty sleeping, but I slept great the entire week! The kitchen is very small. I could not imagine being there with 10 people and trying to utilize that tiny kitchen, but for our small group, it was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need, including spices and basic cleaning products. The washer and dryer were a much appreciated addition. There were complaints from the people who slept on the third floor that they just couldn’t get the bedroom to cool down to a comfortable temperature because the AC unit is in the hallway. The only other issue we had was that the light over the dining table was so dim that playing games and puzzling after dark was nearly impossible. I hate to mention all of the negatives, but I know it is helpful to people reading the reviews. Overall, we loved the house and the location. We would definitely stay there again.

4th summer at this house, and we will be back in 2026. Clean, walkable to the beach, amazing views, easy parking. We really enjoy the firepit in the backyard. Luckily was not too hot the week of our stay, but the bunk room gets quite hot with no ac or ceiling fan for the little kids that cant open the windows/door.

Another great week!

Another great stay in one of our favorite spots! This home is in such an ideal location — just a quick two-minute walk to Wells Beach out front, and a private, peaceful backyard overlooking the marsh out back. We loved ending our evenings with sunsets by the fire pit. The house was just as clean and comfortable as we remembered — from the kitchen to the beds to the bright, open layout with all the windows. It’s such an easy place to relax and feel at home. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views out back. Most mornings, we were pleased to watch the bald eagle out back. The home is well care for and has a great layout with plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property has all the amenities you’d want for a beach vacation. It has AC in the bedrooms, along with fans. It has an outdoor shower, and plenty of helpful beach gear if you forgot something. Updated outdoor seating in case the weather behaves and you can watch a beautiful sunset over the marsh.

Your Maine getaway

Two-month stay, Jan-Mar, mostly just me. Easily can see this being a wonderful fantastic Maine summer get away for most. Ample bedrooms (4), scenic views from all of them, picnic bench outside for summer grilling, easy short walk to the beach. Sunny dining area for watching sunsets (or enjoying the day view while you work, like me). Quite clean and supplied. Friendly host with easy conversation when needed. Excellent stay, even in the dead of Maine winter with a bum foot. Enjoy!

Great Stay

Despite less than good weather, this house doesn’t disappoint. We love the location and the size was perfect for our extended family of nine. The picnic table umbrella was broken but thankfully because of the weather it wasn’t needed much. I’d like to see a full length mirror added somewhere in the house but ultimately, this rental is practically perfect!

Another great stay!

This was our third year staying at this property and we will return again next year. The location is perfect with amazing views of the marsh all around, great for nights by the fire pit. The quick walk to the beach is perfect for our two young kids when we need to come back for lunch and naps. Another great week!

Wonderful!!

We loved our stay! The house is in an amazing spot with a quick walk across the street to beautiful Wells Beach and a private backyard right on the marsh. We were able to have both sun rises and sun sets right there. We loved the fire pit! The house was very clean and had plenty of space and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms all new and updated. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we needed. Loved all of the windows! We've already booked our return for next year!

Amazing 2 weeks

This property was perfect for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration with our 2 adult sons and their families. The home was spacious, clean and had plenty of towels for the beach and for showering. There was enough cooking pots and pans and dishes for all 9 of us. Truly an amazing home away from home. Will definitely book again!

Great location by the sea

A backyard overlooking a parcel of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge provided beautiful sunsets every evening. We had the pleasure of seeing numerous birds including a bald eagle every day. A short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house is a beautiful new home with great bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was small for 6 adults and 4 children but that didn’t dampen our experience.
