The best part of the stay was that it was a ‘country’ feel next to a big city of Bielefeld. Breakfast was great. And the very reasonable cost of the room was very impressive!

Im Comfortzimmer fehlte es an Comfort.Das Doppelbett war klein. Das Bad war twar behindertengerecht aber sah sehr lieblos gestalltet.Das wirkte sehr ungemütlich. Die Dusche hatte keinen Spritzschutz dafür stand ein Wischer dem Duschbereich. FRÜHSTÜCK war in Ordnung man konnte sich selber am Buffet bedienen. Füf unseren kleine chihuhua mussten wir 30 Euro zahlen. Es gab aber kein Futter und Wassernapf

Die Unterkunft war eher praktisch/funktionell und weniger exklusiv/komfortabel. An einigen Stellen (besonders im Bad) war die Einrichtung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil auch schon marode. Das Doppelbett war nur 1,6m breit, was man zuvor nirgendwo nachlesen konnte. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich und nicht positiv hervorzuheben. Die Plastiküberzüge über den Buffet-Tischen mögen ökologisch sinnvoll sein, weil sie das Waschen der Tischtücher ersparen, aber sie wirkten leider unansehnlich. Insgesamt stellt sich das Hotel, vor allem auch durch seine "by Wyndham"-Etikettierung, deutlich exklusiver dar als es die Realität eines schlichten Landhotels dann tatsächlich erscheinen lässt.

Ganz hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr leckerer Kaffee und sehr reichhaltig bestückt. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sauber. Die Dusche ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel liegt an einer viel gefahrenen Straße. Fazit: gutes Hotel mit einigen Abstrichen. Für Kurzurlaub akzeptabel. Frühstück ist top. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Grauenvolle Erfahrung

Das eine Zimmer, obwohl Nichtraucher, stank so nach Rauch, dass auch eine Nacht Lüften nichts brachte Das andere Zimmer (barrierefrei) roch nach Kloake und Erbrochenen, vermutlich aus einem nicht gereinigtem Duscheablauf. Die begehbare Dusche hatte keinen Vorhang wodurch das Badezimmer mehr oder weniger zwangsläufig unter Wasser gesetzt wurde. Das Frühstück war OK, wobei der Fruchtsalat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hatte... Die Rezeption war ohne Vorwarnung am 20 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Das Personal war aber freundlich und im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten hilfsbereit - Die Direktion war nicht erreichbar.

Preislich hui - gastlich …

Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Gastlichkeit & Service erwartet. Bei drei Nächten nur einmal Zimmerservice - ohne dass diese Einschränkung begründet wird -, ist schon eher armselig. Ab 20.00 Uhr war niemand mehr anwesend, aber es gab sowieso keine Getränke oder Ähnliches zu erwerben - obgleich dies technisch möglich wäre. Stattdessen wurde ich auf den nebenan befindlichen Getränkemarkt verweisen. Die Blumendekoration im Frühstücksraum wie das Sicherheitsschloss im Zimmer können durchaus als einzigartig bezeichnet werden.
