Great stay

The hotel was clean and well maintained but there were few things missing. Such as door handle in the bathroom, utencils in the kitchenette can be maintained.

I had a reservation for weekend. Had family emergency and forgot to cancel which I understand is policy. However my husband did call next day and explained situation. They said will note this and call back Monday to speak to manager. Called Monday and received run around. Finally after a day or two spoke to manager who said sorry already closed books. If you called earlier could have done something. We had called on Saturday and as told they would note it. I take responsibility due to their policy. However don’t tell me one thing and then do another.

Clean, new, excellent value!

Brand new. Very clean. Great value. Starbucks across street. Did not have breakfast. As a family hotel, it was a tad noisy - late night running in hallways and slamming doors. But that can happen anywhere, especially in a college-town place.
