Nice stay. House keeping service was good. Nice breakfast. Complementary coffee/lemonad all day. Small issue with AC leaking water and Sofa crib little dirty but they took care promptly after addressing concern, Overall very happy with stay and would lime to stay again in future

The people who were in the room next to us kept up a ton of noise right outside our door. I had to call the front desk several times to ask to have the problem addressed. On the final call to the front desk (approximately 8pm) I was told “ security would be on site by 10pm” Really??? I had to pretty much put up with that noise for 3 nights straight. I was furious! Otherwise, everything else was ok.

Luxury meets budget friendly

I had a wonderful experience on my 5 person family vacation. Upon arrival I did all major room checks for bugs, cameras, sheets, etc. Good on all those yay! I had a small issue with the sofa bed it was a little dirty. With no problems and a smile on her beautiful face, the front desk receptionist had the mattress replaced ASAP. The microwave gave me a problem on day 2, and it was replaced (drum roll please) with a brand new one out the box! Thank you !! I received room service the next day, a clean room, towels and more. They have towels by the pool, a fitness room, laundry area, with great breakfast with a wonderful staff to help you, WIFI with paid upgrade if needed. I mean for a family vacation stay I would say this was an amazing find. Whether I was on a budget or not, I would still stay at the Springhill Suites Marriott West Palm Beach.

My wife had a training session at the same area, it was better for us to stay in the hotel than driving from Miami in the early morning. The room is very clean, staff are prelesional and very nice. The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed workout at the fitness while my wife was at the training across the street from the hotel. The price is very reasonable.
